You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
We will do our best to process your exchange or refund request latest within 10 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that have been used or are not fit for resale.

In the unlikely event that you received the wrong shoes, please send email info@javershoes.com. The correct item(s) will be sent to you.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer product exchange for another size product.
